Italian Greyhound
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz fresh red grapefruit juice, fine strained
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz Campari
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into an ice filled highball.

1 dash = 1/6 tsp (4-5 drops)
1 teaspoon = 1/6 oz.
1 tablespoon = 1 barspoon =1/2 oz.
1 pony = 1 oz.
1 jigger = 1 1/2 oz.
1 gill = 1 wineglass = 4 oz.
1 split = 6 oz.
1 cup = 8 oz.
